Mattress in vacuum packaging is a quality springless mattress (there are no metal elements in the mattress), made of natural and modern high-tech materials with orthopedic and anatomical properties. The mattress is compact and sealed for easy storage and transportation.

It is only possible to pack the mattress in a vacuum-sealed package under production conditions. For this purpose, the ready mattress on special equipment is compressed with the help of the press, then air is removed from the springless mattress, this technology allows to reduction of the volume of the mattress up to 10 times. The vacuum-compressed mattress is then rolled into a roll and hermetically sealed into a thick film. After that, the mattress is once again packed into a strong conveying bag.

Thanks to this compact package, ready-made mattresses are very easy to transport, for example, in the trunk or even in the cabin of the car, and the tightness of the package allows you to keep it clean from the mattress directly from the manufacturer until it’s unpacked in your house.
